Our Deposit & Waiting List Policy
At Weizenfelder Kennel, we do things differently. Unlike many breeders, we do not accept deposits unless we are certain that a puppy will be available for you.
Too often we hear stories of families who placed deposits with breeders and waited years—sometimes without ever receiving a puppy. With us, you never have to worry about that. If you are on our waiting list and happen to find a puppy elsewhere before we have one available, no money has changed hands. We understand times are challenging, and we would never want to hold your funds until we can guarantee a beautiful puppy for you.
How Our Waiting List Works

We maintain a contact/waiting list and reach out in the order that inquiries are received.

A deposit of $300 is only collected after a pregnancy has been confirmed.

In some cases, we wait until the litter has arrived—once genders are known—before requesting deposits.

Our waiting list is always honored first when puppies become available.
